Digestion and HCl Need
One of the most important things you can do for your health is to insure that you are digesting
and absorbing your food and nutrients properly. Without proper absorption, you can be wasting
hundreds or even thousands of dollars every year on vitamins and supplements (not to mention
on food) that's not making it into your circulatory system for use in your body's cells.
We need salt to make HCl (hydrochloric acid) for digestion, and if you live in a hot climate
